Terms of Sale

These terms of sale define the process of ordering, payment, delivery, and return or complaint of goods offered on our website. The supplier (seller) of the products offered in the online store brightpdrn.eu (hereinafter referred to as "goods") is Ormadea Lab d.o.o., and the buyer of the goods is a visitor of the online catalog who selects at least one product, fills out the electronic order form, and sends it to the seller.

Ordering

Goods can be ordered via electronic form or by phone. The buyer must complete a Profile with basic data for billing and delivery of the desired products, and will be notified by email about the completed order.
After selecting a product, you can click on its details to learn more about it and view it better. If you want to purchase it, simply click on the cart, and it will immediately be added to it. In the cart, you can choose quantities or cancel the purchase. Your cart is visible and accessible at all times, so you can continue browsing our catalog calmly. Once you finish shopping, return to the cart and select “complete order.” Notification of a successfully completed purchase will be sent to your email address.

Payment

Payment can be made in the following ways:

  1. Credit Cards
    MasterCard® and Maestro®, Visa, Discover, and Diners – one-time payment.
    Payments on our web store are processed via Stripe – an advanced system for secure online card transactions.

  2. Internet Banking
    When choosing this payment method, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the necessary payment details. You can then make the payment using internet banking or by any method you normally use for paying bills – via bank, post office, FINA, etc. After receiving the payment, we will ship the ordered items.

  3. Cash on Delivery
    Payment is made upon receipt of goods and is paid to the delivery person.

Delivery

For delivery within Croatia, we use HP Ekspres services.
Delivery within Croatia is free.
Delivery time within Croatia: 3 to 7 working days.

For international orders, delivery costs €7.99, and delivery is made via international courier services.
Delivery time abroad: 3 to 7 working days.

After successfully placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Returns and Complaints

All brightpdrn.eu customers have the right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract (return the order) without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment. To exercise this right, the buyer must notify the seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract before the deadline through a clear statement sent by post or email, including their name and surname, address, phone or fax number, or email address. The withdrawal request should be sent to info@brightpdrn.eu.

The seller will confirm receipt of the withdrawal notice without delay via email. All shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.

After requesting a return, the seller's staff will contact the buyer and provide instructions for the return. For the return to be accepted, the returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. If the goods are not in the proper condition, the seller will not be able to accept the return, and the customer will need to pay a €4 shipping fee for the goods to be sent back to their address.

If the seller confirms that the returned goods are in the proper condition, the full amount paid by the buyer will be refunded to the same account or credit card used for payment, no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice. Refunds may only be processed after the goods are returned. It is considered that the buyer has met the deadline if the goods are sent or delivered to the seller before the expiration of the 14-day period. All items can be returned to the brightpdrn store at Martićeva ulica 10, Zagreb, 10000, after an approved return request. The buyer agrees to return the goods within two working days of the approved request.

If no information about the order status or delivery is received within 20 days of placing the order, please contact info@brightpdrn.eu.

Online Dispute Resolution

If you have a problem with a product or service purchased online, you can submit a complaint on this platform. The complaint will then be resolved by an independent dispute resolution body.

Consumer Complaint Submission Notice

Pursuant to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette No. 41/14), consumers may express dissatisfaction regarding a purchased product or service by submitting a written complaint, to which we will promptly provide written confirmation of receipt. Complaints can be sent by post or email to Ormadea Lab d.o.o., Martićeva ulica 10, 10 000 Zagreb, or email: info@brightpdrn.eu.  The seller undertakes to respond in writing within 15 days of receiving the complaint.

Privacy Policy and Cookies

Ormadea Lab d.o.o., Martićeva ulica 10, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, OIB: 227883204594 (hereinafter: brightpdrn.hr), collects and processes personal data in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. We are committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of all our visitors’ and customers’ personal data, in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act (Official Gazette No. 173/2003, 67/2008, and 36/2009).

Please read this policy carefully to understand how we collect, process, protect, and use your personal data. We will only use necessary information for completing purchases. All employees and business partners are contractually obligated to adhere to data privacy principles.

We collect only essential personal data for service delivery and inform customers about its use. Customers can choose whether their data is used for marketing purposes. Personal data is stored securely and accessible only to authorized employees.

Personal Data We Collect

Personal data refers to any information relating to an identifiable individual. We collect data voluntarily provided by users, such as when filling out forms or subscribing to newsletters. Examples of automatically collected non-personal data include: most visited pages, links clicked, IP address, browser type, language, and device information.

Data collected includes:

  • Full name

  • Address and city

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Password (encrypted)

We are not responsible for incorrect data provided by users.

Purpose of Data Processing

Data is processed to:

  • Create user profiles on the website

  • Process orders and deliveries

  • Communicate commercial offers (with consent)

  • Respond to inquiries, comments, complaints

  • Resolve disputes

  • Promote our services and products

Legal Basis for Processing

By providing personal data and accepting Terms and Privacy Policy, the buyer enters into a contractual relationship enabling product purchase.

Marketing (Newsletter)

Subscribers’ emails are sent to a third-party platform for email marketing. Emails are stored on that platform until unsubscribed. Users can unsubscribe via provided links or by contacting info@brightpdrn.eu.

Sharing Data with Third Parties

Personal data will not be shared except as required for contract fulfillment (e.g., delivery providers). Delivery providers may request ID verification upon delivery.

Payment via Credit/Debit Cards

Payments are processed via Stripe. Card data is temporarily stored by Stripe and never accessed by our employees.

Data Deletion (Right to be Forgotten)

Users can request data deletion by emailing info@brightpdrn.eu.

Complaints

Complaints can be submitted to the Data Controller or the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).

Access and Correction

Users can access and update their personal data via “My Data” or request full data disclosure via email: info@brightpdrn.eu

Data Retention

Data is stored only as long as necessary for the intended purpose.

Security Measures

Data is protected via SSL with 128-bit encryption.

Data Breach

Any breach affecting identifiable personal data will be reported to affected parties and authorities within 72 hours.

This policy may change; users are advised to review it periodically.
